Responsibilities:
Operational:
1. Assist technicians to carry out repair work of mechanical, electrical, welding or painting nature.
2. Assist Front Line employees on the day-to-day activities or any new trainee.
3. Carry out straightforward, medium repair work under general supervision of new trainee supervisor at location and observe repair work done by the assigned technicians.
4. Disassemble, dismantle, and reassemble parts of engine, electrical systems under instructions and supervision.
5. Perform duties of normal nature in any area of trade specialization.
6. Be familiar with Toyota Kodawari Program and its implementation.
7. Be familiar with and follow up with the monthly FIR cases and reports of the designated service branch.
8. Ensures full knowledge of all the related workflows of the designated service branch.
9. Need to be able to deal with both internal and external customers with a target of 100% satisfaction.
10. Comply with Group standards for housekeeping, personal safety and appearance.
11. Collaborate with service advisors to enhance the customer experience through technology, such as touch-screen interfaces, personalized settings etc. Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations.
Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on the internal communication portals.
Adhere to Al-Sayer Group policies and health and safety regulations.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
