Location: Chesterfield or surrounding areas in St Louis
Hours: Willing to work between 8:00 AM–9:00 PM, with flexibility for shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours
Expected hours: 20-40 hours per week
Job Overview
HomeWell is seeking caring, dependable, and service-oriented caregivers who are passionate about helping others live safely and comfortably at home. In this role, you’ll provide non-medical personal care and companionship that supports each client’s dignity, independence, and quality of life. Responsibilities

Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)

Provide medication reminders

Prepare meals and support mobility/transfers

Offer companionship and emotional support

Support daily activities and behaviors as needed

Perform light housekeeping for a safe home
Skills
-
Experience with bedbound care and transfers preferred
-
Knowledge of dementia and developmental disability care preferred

Ability to manage behaviors with patience and empathy

Meal prep and dietary awareness

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements

Caregiving Experience 1-3 years preferred

Valid Driver's License

Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance
Location Requirement:
Must currently reside in or be able to reliably commute in the St. Louis, MO (Chesterfield area). If not already local, relocation prior to start date is required.
