Our mission is to preserve dignity, protect independence, and provide peace of mind for our clients and their loved ones by providing exceptional home care. Homewatch CareGivers of Utah takes pride in providing care for rural Utahn's through Medicaid programs. Our caregiver/CNAs provide clients with ADLs/Personal care, Meal Prep, Medication Reminders, and Light Housekeeping. We work with the elderly, disabled, and special needs to help them live out their lives within their own homes. We consider ourselves not just a team, but a work family, caring greatly for our wonderful clients and caregivers. Our goal is to make everyone successful, happy, and fulfilled.

Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers of Utah, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and reliable care to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our dedicated team to help clients maintain their independence and quality of life. You will have the flexibility to choose your hours allowing you to balance work commitments with personal needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Provide light housekeeping and ensure a safe environment for clients.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by offering companionship and support.
• Document and communicate client needs and progress to the care management team.
• Collaborate with other caregivers to ensure consistency and continuity of care, cultivating a supportive work environment.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

• Experience in caregiving or related field, especially with the elderly or disabled.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to perform physical tasks required for personal care and assistance.
• Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of clients and their families.
• Compassionate approach with a strong commitment to client care and dignity.

Bonus If You:

• Have additional certifications such as CNA or CPR.
• Are bilingual or have knowledge of other languages to better assist our diverse clientele.
• Possess experience with specific medical conditions relevant to our clients' needs.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Part-Time, available 7 days a week.
