Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver for Elderly individuals to join our team and provide exceptional support in various care settings. In this vital role, you will assist seniors with daily activities, ensure their safety, and promote their overall well-being. Duties

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to ensure health stability
• Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols
• Support residents with memory care needs, including dementia and Alzheimer's care, utilizing specialized techniques for behavioral management
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements and assist with feeding when necessary
• Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning and sanitation of living spaces
• Use Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems to document care activities, health updates, and incident reports accurately

Requirements

• Prior experience in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home & community care environments is highly desirable
• Knowledge of first aid procedures and emergency response protocols
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities in general is a plus
• Familiarity with Hoyer lifts, mobility aids, and other assistive devices such as the Hoyer lift for safe transfers
• Ability to work effectively in group home or personal care home settings
• Valid driver’s license for transportation duties if required; willingness to drive as part of caregiving responsibilities
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members, residents, and families effectively
