Position Summary

The Caregiver is a key member of our care team, providing hands-on support to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care. This role focuses on helping residents maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life through compassionate daily care and strong teamwork.

CNA certification is not required. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, caring, and passionate about serving seniors.

A Day in the Life

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

  • Support implementation of resident care plans

  • Observe and report changes in resident condition

  • Document care and services accurately

  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and families

  • Work collaboratively with nursing and community team members

  • Promote a safe, respectful, and engaging environment

What We Are Looking For

  • Passion for working with seniors

  • Caregiving or senior living experience preferred but not required

  • Willingness to learn and be trained

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Dependable, patient, and compassionate approach

  • Ability to work assigned schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
