Caregivers

Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and care to one (1), two (2) and/or 3&4 yr old children.. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of children in a classroom setting, including teaching, potty training, and activity routines. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality care tailored to each child's needs.

Requirements

• Must pass a background check and fingerprint scan
• Must have high school or other acceptable diplomas or higher learning certificates
• Must have valid ID

Duties

• Assist children with daily diaper changes, potty training, and eating meals.
• Develop and implement activity plans in collaboration with childcare skills.
• Monitor and observe childen playing habits and social skills while in the classroom.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for the safety of all children.
• Support director with reporting and self evaluation .and evaluations of the children.
• Provide a caring environment for all children.
• Administer CPR and first aid as needed in emergency situations, if trained.

Experience

• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with keeping children in a childcare setting.
• Knowledge of activity planning but will train if needed.
• Understanding of children's needs.
• Ability to perform cleaning tasks as part of maintaining a healthy and safe environment for all children/staff.
• Be familiar with lesson plans, be creative, must be able to move with 3 & 4 yr-old children

Pay: $10.00 - $10.30 per hour
