About our team-

Our Caregivers and Med Techs play a truly special role in the lives of our residents. You’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative team committed to honoring each resident’s dignity, promoting their independence, and helping them thrive in a safe, loving, home‑like environment.

Overview of the position-

• Build genuine connections with residents while observing and supporting their daily health and well‑being
• Assist with individualized care plans based on each resident’s unique needs
• Support Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal support
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA standards
• Provide compassionate, patient‑centered care for individuals living with dementia or developmental disabilities
• Engage with residents in meaningful recreational and life‑enrichment activities
• Respond confidently in emergency situations with CPR and first‑aid skills
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure residents receive the highest quality of care

Qualifications-

• CPR training and the ability to respond calmly in emergencies
• Experience with dementia care or developmental disabilities (highly valued but not required for all roles)
• Current Washington State HCA or CNA certification
• Med Techs: Must be fully nurse‑delegated with at least 1 year of experience preferred
• Strong observation and communication skills
• A positive, team‑oriented mindset
• A kind, patient, and empathetic heart
• Ability to follow individualized care plans
• Comfort in providing care, recreational activities, and compassion to our residents as one of our universal workers
• A true passion for working with individuals experiencing cognitive changes

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
