Caretaker – VIP Residence (6 Kanal Property)

Job Description:

Responsible for the overall upkeep, security, and daily management of a 6 kanal VIP residence.

Duties include supervising Construction, housekeeping and gardening staff, coordinating maintenance and repairs, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene, monitoring security systems, managing utilities, and attending to owners’ requirements. The caretaker must ensure the property is maintained to high standards at all times.

Key Skills:
Trustworthy, well-organized, discreet, basic maintenance knowledge, staff supervision, and good communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
