Position Overview
Renowned Online Airline is looking for a dedicated and proactive Cargo Officer to join our Lahore station. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient cargo operations while delivering high-quality customer service to clients, agents, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for cargo customers, agents, and freight forwarders.
- Handle booking inquiries, shipment tracking, and customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding schedules, rates, and documentation requirements.
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding shipment status and any operational updates.
Cargo Operations:
- Coordinate cargo acceptance, documentation, and handling in compliance with airline and regulatory standards.
- Ensure proper processing of Air Waybills (AWB) and other cargo-related documents.
- Monitor cargo loading, unloading, and dispatch activities.
- Liaise with ground handling agents to ensure smooth cargo movement.
- Ensure adherence to safety, security, and operational procedures.
- Maintain records and prepare daily operational and customer service reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, finance, and operations for smooth workflow.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in cargo operations, customer service, or logistics (fresh candidates may also be considered).
- Good understanding of cargo documentation and airline procedures (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of IATA cargo regulations and handling procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail.
