Officer SCM Logistic & Dispatch

To Execute Daily Logistics Operation smoothly and Coordinate for timely payments of Service Providers in order to achieve maximum sales as defined in Yearly Sales Targets.

• To Maintain Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures for safety environment.
• To get involved in organizing and planning of Pending dispatches in the timeframe agreed with International Sales.
• To ensure all deliveries are to be properly planned, scheduled and performed within expected timeframes.
• To coordinate activities with Marketing and / or Sales for timely exports management.
• To maintain packing materials which is used in export consignments available when required.
• Follow up with Clearing for quotes and billing related matters.
