Position: Procurement and Logistics Specialist

1. Position Overview

PSI Group has recently established operations in Pakistan and is currently executing a construction project at Reko Diq for accommodation facilities (approx. 2,500 personnel). Additional projects are expected in the near future.

We are seeking a Procurement and Logistics Specialist responsible for:

• Local procurement within Pakistan
• End-to-end coordination of logistics to SITE
• Supplier sourcing and negotiations
• Preparation of commercial comparisons
• Documentation and process control
• Coordination with internal departments (Finance, Warehouse, Project Team)

2. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate local suppliers
• Obtain and analyze quotations
• Prepare comparison sheets (commercial evaluation)
• Initiate and manage procurement requests in internal systems (Bitrix)
• Ensure proper documentation at each stage
• Coordinate delivery logistics to SITE
• Monitor timelines and supplier performance
• Liaise with Finance for payments and documentation

3. Procurement Process (Mandatory Knowledge)

The candidate must clearly understand and explain the following process:

1. Obtain quotations from suppliers

2. Prepare comparison sheet

3. Select and get approval for supplier

4. Obtain Proforma Invoice

5. Submit for payment processing

6. Receive final Invoice

7. Prepare Purchase Order (PO)

8. Submit Invoice + PO + Payment Request to Finance

9. After payment:

o Receive Packing List

o Receive Delivery Challan

10. Arrange and monitor delivery to SITE
