Carpenter

We’re a small, family-run residential construction company dedicated to quality workmanship, reliability, and treating every client like a neighbor. As our business grows, we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a tight-knit team

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in residential construction, the ability to read and interpret plans, and proficiency with hand and power tools.

Responsibilities:

• Read and follow construction plans, drawings, and specifications
• Perform residential construction tasks including framing, flooring, drywall, trim, and other carpentry work
• Safely and effectively use hand tools and power tools
• Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects on time and with quality craftsmanship
• Maintain a clean and safe job site

Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential construction (minimum 2 years)
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and measurements
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Ability to tackle multiple projects
• Willingness to learn new skills when needed
• Self motivated & dependable
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
