Carpenter Foreman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpentry Foreman to lead and supervise a team of carpenters in various construction and finishing projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring project quality and safety standards are met, and assisting with hands-on tasks when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum 3 years of Experience in UAE
• Supervise and lead a team of 2–4 carpenters on construction projects
• Oversee and guide the construction of framing work
• Assign finish carpentry tasks to team members and monitor progress
• Perform finish carpentry and other hands-on tasks when necessary
• Assist with general construction duties such as hanging drywall or painting  Ensure full compliance with company safety policies and site regulations

• Proven experience in construction and carpentry work .
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills .
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Good organizational and time management abilities .
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks in varying weather conditions
