Carpenter -Remodeling / Restoration

Lindstrom Restoration is hiring Carpenters! Our company and crew have been restoring homes for 75+ years. We are based in Plymouth, MN and all our work is within 35 miles of Plymouth. We get a TON of variety and we're constantly solving interesting challenges.

We're a strong 3rd Generation Family Business with with no interest in selling out or scaling. We want a personal relationship with everyone on our team and every client that trusts us with their home. Repeat clients and steady referral based business is how we know we're doing a good job.

What We Do:

We're a "Design Restore" Team where remodeling is a large part of our projects. We don't just "put things back together," we intentionally craft a better space for every client. Our Carpenters also secure and restore homes and businesses damaged by: fire, water damage, structural collapse, storms, and much more.

• Emergency Board Ups
• Temporary Shoring and Bracing
• Selective Demolition of Damaged Framing
• Deck Footings / Piers and Interior Footings
• Rough & Custom Hand Framing
• Hand Framed Rafters, Roof / Floor Trusses / Joists, Headers and Columns
• Interior and Exterior Stair Framing
• Sheathing, Windows, Exterior Doors and Wood Siding
• Interior Doors & Millwork
• Crown molding and Paneling
• Semi Custom and Custom Cabinetry
• Custom staircases and Balustrade
• Floor, Wall, Shower and Bath Tile
• Flooring Installation: LVP, Engineered Hardwoods, and Prefinished Hardwoods.

Where We Do It:

We complete projects within a 35 mile line from Plymouth, MN.

• 40 Hours PTO Year 1 (Additional PTO Earned By Years Served)
• $25 - $45 / Hour Wage Based on Experience.
