About

Chief of Staff is seeking a Case Coordinator for a client of ours within the Kansas City Metropolitan area. This position combines administrative duties, structured documentation, and service-focused communication.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clear instruction and guidance regarding program expectations and equipment use
  • Maintain accurate and confidential case files and documentation
  • Prepare detailed reports and written correspondence in a timely manner
  • Communicate professionally and respectfully with participants, internal teams, and community partners
  • Install and manage electronic monitoring equipment in accordance with established procedures
  • Address questions, concerns, and issues with calm problem-solving and professionalism
  • Assist with administrative tasks and general office support
  • Participate in required training and professional development

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable with public speaking
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow written and verbal direction
  • Comfortable working independently in the field and collaboratively in an office setting
  • 2-3 years administrative or customer service experience

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
