Case Management Assistant

Regal Law Firm is a client-focused legal practice specializing in Personal Injury and Car Accident cases. You will work side by side with a team of dynamic and collaborative professionals focused on delivering results for our injured clients.

The Opportunity

As a Personal Injury Case Manager Assistant, you will have the opportunity to assist in the development of our client’s cases to ensure our clients earn the maximum settlement deserved and leveling the playing field against big insurance companies and corporations.

Accountable for

• Open claims with insurance companies.
• Request records.
• Coordinate with/for clients and doctors for medical visits, and with vehicle repair shops.
• Communicate with clients in an effective and courteous manner.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
• Detail-oriented professional with a positive outlook.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent customer service.

Compensation

• $43,500.00+ depending on experience
• Performance-based bonuses.
