Case Management - Registered Nurse - $2,525 per week

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Case Management experience.
• Travel experience is preferred from any number of months.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
  
  

Requirements

Candidates must have a California license (required for submission).

This role will require floating to multiple locations

Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Travel pairs are not supported - each clinician must apply and receive an offer separately

Required Skills/Experience: Must have recent acute care Hospital case management experience

Must have 2+ years experience in an acute care hospital

Required Credentials: RNs only: Cannot have a license that is on probation, suspended, or has board proceedings that are pending.

Shift & Scheduling: Will work EOW or a set rotation

The set rotation is working everyTues-Sat

10/7 or 10/21 (they want the sooner one but will send later too if we get it)

Floating Requirements: Will float between both Walnut Creek and Concord campuses, they are 8 miles apart

7 days maximum time off

2 references from last 12 months (Any reference type) - required for submission
