Position Overview:
HOF Migration is seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused, and highly communicative Case Manager to oversee and manage the end-to-end immigration process for our clients. The Case Manager will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring all communication with clients is clear, timely, and professional while their applications are handled efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client cases from initiation to completion, ensuring smooth processing of applications.
- Serve as the main communication channel for clients, providing clear updates, guidance, and reassurance throughout the process.
- Provide detailed instructions to clients regarding required documentation, timelines, and immigration procedures.
- Coordinate with legal teams, consultants, and government authorities, maintaining professional communication at all levels.
- Maintain accurate case records, databases, and client files.
- Track deadlines and follow up proactively with clients to collect missing information or documents.
- Conduct regular case reviews and updates to ensure compliance with internal policies and external requirements.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to improve processes and ensure high-quality client service.
- Stay up to date with immigration regulations, policies, and procedures, and communicate relevant updates to clients and colleagues.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience in immigration services, legal case management, or client services is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and professional manner.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and case management software (experience with CRM systems is a plus).
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
