Case Manager

We’re looking for a Case Manager to join our expanding Personal Injury team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with legal experience who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct new client intakes and gather preliminary case information
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims
• Communicate with Medical Providers
• Provide timely updates and maintain ongoing communication with clients
• Request and track medical records and billing from healthcare providers
• Prepare and send Letters of Representation (LORs)
• Organize and maintain case files and documentation
• Update and manage case tracking spreadsheets
• Accurately save and categorize client documents
• Take clear, organized notes for case tracking
• Verify and document medical bills and expenses

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in personal injury law (strongly preferred)
• 5+ years of customer service
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am- 6pm MST
Bilingual Preferred: English/Spanish

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
