Kidney Transplant coordinator

Key Responsibilities include:

• Assess patients for transplant eligibility.
• Coordinate listing on organ donation registries.
• Organize medical tests, specialist consultations, and education sessions.
• Ensure timely completion of evaluations and documentation.
• Liaise with organ procurement organizations.
• Facilitate logistics for organ retrieval and transplant scheduling.
• Monitor patient recovery and health status.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and adjust care plans as needed.
• Work closely with nephrologists, surgeons, nurses, and social workers.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress.
