Case Manager - Insurance Repairs (Building)

Responsive Building is a leading building and construction company specialising in insurance claim management and repair solutions across QLD and NSW. We pride ourselves on excellence, efficiency, and customer care.

The Role

We're seeking a proactive Case Manager to coordinate repairs, manage claims, and support clients through their insurance journey. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll work closely with trades, supervisors, and stakeholders to keep projects on track.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate trades and repair projects to meet deadlines and KPIs
  • Communicate with clients, insurers, and stakeholders throughout the claim process
  • Manage contracts, scheduling, reporting, and general administration
  • Provide exceptional customer service, keeping clients updated and supported

What You Bring

  • 2+ years' experience in claims administration, project coordination, or similar
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Relevant qualifications (Business Admin/Project Management) highly regarded
