Hours:

Typically work week Monday - Friday. Throughout the year we host several events that may require Saturday work. Advance notice is given.

40 hour week with early evening hours based on the needs of the participants on your caseload.

Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate effectively with both the participants and volunteers
• Ability to problem solve quickly and effectively
• Have basic knowledge of budgeting and the ability to teach it to new participants
• Flexibility and open mind to innovative ideas and activities
• Flexibility in schedule to accommodate evening meetings
• Bachelor degree in related field or 2 yrs experience working in the area of family services, case management and financial support

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
