Case Manager

Guardian Litigation Group, a national Consumer Protection law firm, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our growing team in our Irvine office location!

Case Management job duties:

• Client Communication: Handling inbound and outbound phone calls & Communicating with clients by telephone and by email
• Case Preparation: Assisting with case preparation by gathering and reviewing documents and Maintaining a well-organized case file system to reflect case progress.
• Attorney Scheduling: Schedule appointments and manage the attorney's calendar.
• Administrative tasks: Other day to day tasks and procedures as assigned
