Case Manager

The Case Manager is an individual who is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the client’s activities in the Detroit Veterans Center Program. The Case Manager will assist homeless veterans through shelter and transitional housing program, so that they may become independent members of society.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
