Case Manager – Life Insurance, Annuities, LTC & Disability

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Case Manager to support our growing life and annuity business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working behind the scenes to move cases forward, and wants flexibility once trained.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and track new business cases from submission to placement
  • Follow up with carriers, agents, and clients to keep cases moving
  • Order and review requirements (APS, parameds, labs, etc.)
  • Work closely with underwriting teams to resolve issues and place business
  • Communicate updates clearly to agents and internal team
  • Assist with application processing and basic data entry

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Good communication skills (email and phone)
  • Ability to manage multiple cases at once
  • Comfortable learning carrier systems and processes
  • Proficient with computers and basic software (email, spreadsheets, data entry, etc.)
  • Prior experience in insurance (Life, Annuities, LTC, Disability) is a plus, but not required

Training & Work Setup

  • Initial training will be in-office to get you up to speed
  • After training, remote work is available based on performance and reliability

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
