CASE MANAGER SUPERVISOR

Case Manager Supervisor- New Program Opening!

Position Summary

The Case Manager Supervisor provides oversight and supervision of case management staff while ensuring high-quality service delivery to program participants. This role is responsible for coaching, mentoring, and supporting staff to ensure compliance with program policies and funding requirements. The supervisor also provides direct case management services when needed and assists with program data reporting and documentation.

A strong commitment to agency values and a person-centered approach to service delivery is essential in the performance of all duties.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and direct supervision to case management staff.

  • Conduct regular supervision meetings, providing coaching, support, and performance feedback.

  • Collaborate with the Program Director to address performance concerns and implement corrective actions when necessary.

  • Maintain accurate data entry including case notes, housing updates, and required documentation in electronic and paper client record systems.

  • Facilitate client progress review meetings.

  • Ensure staff understanding and compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations related to program funding sources.

  • Support case managers in coordinating and resolving complex resident cases.

  • Coordinate with emergency housing staff as needed to support resident needs.

  • Compile and coordinate data for OHS/HUD monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in case management or related human services work.

  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

  • Must obtain and maintain required background clearances, including Child Abuse Clearance.

  • Valid driver’s license for a minimum of three (3) years with an acceptable driving record.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.

  • Experience working with housing programs, supportive services, or vulnerable populations preferred.


Physical Requirements

The position may require a combination of sedentary and light physical activity, including:

  • Sitting or standing for extended periods

  • Walking and climbing stairs

  • Using hands and fingers to operate equipment and complete documentation

  • Communicating with clients and staff verbally and electronically

  • Reaching, pushing, or pulling objects

  • Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds
