We’re looking for a joyful, outgoing, purpose-driven Parent Educator/Home Visitor to connect with expecting and new parents — especially those facing tough challenges — and walk beside them through pregnancy, birth, and baby’s first milestones.

* What You’ll Do

As a Parent Educator/Home Visitor, you’ll be the smiling face and listening ear that builds trust with families in our community. You’ll:

• Visit clients in their homes to build strong, supportive relationships
• Educate and empower parents on healthy pregnancy, breastfeeding, bonding, and infant development
• Connect families to local resources, programs, and supports
• Work hand-in-hand with a tight-knit, collaborative team that believes in showing up, giving back, and changing lives
• Help improve birth outcomes and reduce preventable maternal and infant deaths in our community

* What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree + 2 years of related experience (maternal health, home visiting, or early childhood preferred)
• Warm, energetic personality with strong people skills
• Flexible schedule: availability for day, evening, and weekend visits
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel up to 45 miles
• Strong understanding of women’s health, equity, and family support
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and comfortable with digital tools
• Experience supporting diverse communities is a big plus!

Pay: Up to $28.00 per hour
