Provides care utilizing Case Worker Initial Interview, ongoing assessment, and family input. Begins discharge and follow-up planning at time of admission to the inpatient unit.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• • Bachelors Degree in Behavioral Health related or Human Services field ( Psychology, Counseling, Rehab counseling, Social Work) required.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in behavioral health setting preferred.
• • Completion of a crisis prevention program or the equivalent
• • Ability to work flexible hours to include early morning, evening and weekend hours when required.
