Caseload Assistant

Full-Time 1st Shift, Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Location: Mantua, OH in northern Portage County, less than 10 minutes from the I-480 exit in Streetsboro.
Job Duties
-
Provide administrative support and maintain caseload data, files, and documentation.

Conduct intakes and ensure compliance with required standards and documentation.

Track authorizations, billing, invoices, and waiver reports for accuracy.

Monitor caseload progress, maintain ISP access, and complete service documentation.

Support training, provide backup coverage, and perform related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
-
High School Diploma/GED required, secondary coursework preferred.

Minimum of one (1) year experience working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities.

Previous billing and accounting experience preferred.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows Office 365, Excel, and Word.

Valid Ohio Driver's License, current auto insurance, and flexibility to travel to other worksites.

First Aid certification - free training provided.
