Caseload Assistant

Support the mission behind meaningful employment as a Caseload Assistant at Hattie Larlham. In this role, you’ll combine strong administrative support with direct engagement, helping individuals with disabilities navigate career services and take steps toward successful employment outcomes.

Opening

• Caseload Assistant
• Full-Time 1st Shift, Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
• Location: Mantua, OH in northern Portage County, less than 10 minutes from the I-480 exit in Streetsboro.
  
  

Job Duties

• Provide administrative support and maintain caseload data, files, and documentation.
• Conduct intakes and ensure compliance with required standards and documentation.
• Track authorizations, billing, invoices, and waiver reports for accuracy.
• Monitor caseload progress, maintain ISP access, and complete service documentation.
• Support training, provide backup coverage, and perform related duties as assigned.
  
  

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required, secondary coursework preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Previous billing and accounting experience preferred.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows Office 365, Excel, and Word.
• Valid Ohio Driver's License, current auto insurance, and flexibility to travel to other worksites.
• First Aid certification - free training provided.
