Cash Collector

Main functions & the Other Responsibilities:

1- 1. Collect Sale and COD cash from stores and the warehouse in the region as per the
schedule shared by the loss prevention team.
2- Deliver deposit to the bank or designated deposit drop location daily. Intimate the
exceptional cases/challenges arise, during the cash banking to regional finance & the loss
prevention team at the same time .
3- Submit accounting information through the eDeposit system/Google sheet within 24
hours of the bank deposit.
4- Deliver each validated deposit slip/eDeposit through Google drive for the reference of
the regional finance & loss prevention team, on a daily basis.
5- Conducting Cash Tills & the Safe Cash Verification on a weekly basis and update the
register available at the store at the same time .
6- Maintain a tracker in the Google sheet for the “Cash Tills & the Safe Cash Verification”
and highlight the cash discrepancy noted or the suspicious activities observed to the AMs,
LP team & the regional finance on the same date.
7- Verification of the store “Cash control sheet” during the store visits and highlight the
errors or the issues noted to the SM, AMs, LP team & the regional finance on the same date
for the resolutions.
8- Intimate the non-compliance noted at the stores related to the Cash, Cash Safe, Store
Petty Cash & the Cash Controls at the store to the SM, AMs, LP team & the regional
finance on the same date, for the corrective actions.
