Job Purpose
-
To drive business growth through development and enhancement of Cash Management and Global Transaction Banking (GTB) products, directly contributing to increase revenue and expand market share.
Duties & Responsibilities
-
Design & launch new cash products & online channels solutions that give competitive edge and fit corporate needs, in alignment with bank strategy & regulations.

Develop & structure competitive payments product solutions with a digital outlook, to attract & retain corporate customer’s OPACs, driving cross selling with incremental fees & NII.

Optimize product performance by analyzing data and integrating customer feedback to meet client needs.

Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, ensuring products are cutting-edge in terms of features, pricing, and design.

Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and marketing campaigns for successful product adoption, and simultaneously research, design, and validate custom-tailored products with the Digital Factory based on thorough market analysis.

Develop and maintain all product-related materials, including application forms, brochures, client presentations, website content, user guides, and internal procedures.

Empower our corporate customer service agents by providing training on both new and existing cash management products, covering client criteria, selling techniques, product knowledge, and key selling points.

Liaise with internal departments including Operations, Legal, Compliance, Credit, Treasury, and Risk, to facilitate approvals, foster collaboration, and actively shape policies and processes for cash management products.

Track progress against the project timelines by conducting periodic meetings with relevant stakeholders to ensure delivery on target dates.

Calling on customers to understand their operating cycle needs, while efficiently & in a timely manner addressing all cash management relevent RFPs as necessary.

Ensure strict adherence to bank policy and regulatory requirements for all new and existing products.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree of commerce, Business administration, Accounting or its equivalent
-
5-10 years’ experience in cash management operations and/or product development.

Professional Knowledge of market Digital products & it's challenges.
-
Professional Knowledge of connectivity solutions with different schemes & Digital platform through API, Middleware & core banking.
-
Professional Knowledge in creating BRD.
-
Knowledgeable of Cash Management related regulations & laws.
-
Proficiency in creating Presentations & presenting.
-
Comfortable with direct client and business partners interaction, with proven client interaction abilities.
