Job Summary:

The Cashier is responsible for managing the daily receipt and payment of funds, ensuring the security and accuracy of cash and bank transactions, and maintaining precise accounting records. This role plays a key part in upholding financial discipline, compliance, and confidentiality within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cash Management

  • Handle daily cash receipts and payments, including withdrawals and deposits.
  • Maintain and reconcile daily cash inventories to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with internal cash management procedures and security protocols.

2. Bank Account Management

  • Process bank transfers, remittances, checks, and other payment and receipt transactions.
  • Organize and monitor bank account flows to ensure timely reconciliation.
  • Manage procedures for bank account openings, changes, and closures in accordance with company policies.

3. Accounting Records and Documentation

  • Maintain clear and traceable fund flow records through accurate cash journal entries.
  • Organize, verify, and file cash, bank, and other financial vouchers and related documents.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports by providing accurate and timely data.

4. Assistance and Compliance

  • Cooperate with Financial Control, audits, and external inspections as required.
  • Ensure all financial activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

  • Integrity and Compliance: Adhere strictly to approval processes and authority limits; ensure compliance with fund management regulations.
  • Confidentiality: Protect sensitive financial information and prevent unauthorized disclosure.
  • Professionalism: Demonstrate reliability, accuracy, and discretion in all financial operations.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: Basic salary of 50,000 yuan plus a performance bonus of 30,000 yuan.
  • Probation Period: 6 months.
  • Regular Salary: Determined based on performance during the probation period

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
