  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly and provide courteous assistance during billing and payment.
  • Accurately process cash, credit card, and online transactions in accordance with company policies.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, or change as necessary.
  • Reconcile daily cash drawers and prepare cash reports at the end of each shift.
  • Ensure proper posting of sales, discounts, and promotions in the POS system.
  • Coordinate with servers and management for smooth service flow.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable cashier station.
  • Handle customer inquiries or billing issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Follow company procedures for cash handling and record keeping.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a cashier, preferably in a fine dining or hospitality environment.
  • Strong numeracy and accuracy skills.
  • Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Toast, Micros, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
  • Basic understanding of restaurant operations and service flow.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
