Job Summary

IIQAF Group is seeking a professional and reliable Cashier to manage financial transactions and provide excellent service in our hospitality operations in Dubai. The Cashier ensures accurate billing, handles cash and card payments, and delivers a friendly guest experience in hotels, restaurants, and catering venues.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in cash handling, point-of-sale systems, and hospitality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently
• Issue receipts, refunds, and invoices to guests and clients
• Handle billing inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies
• Maintain cash register, petty cash, and daily financial records
• Ensure compliance with hospitality financial procedures and policies
• Assist in end-of-day cash reconciliation and reporting
• Provide friendly, professional service to all guests and clients
• Collaborate with front desk, accounting, and management teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cashier, Front Desk Cashier, or POS Operator
• Background in hospitality, hotel, or restaurant environments preferred
• Strong numerical, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, and billing procedures
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality setting
• Integrity and reliability in handling cash and financial transactions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hotels, restaurants, or large-scale catering operations
• Familiarity with hospitality accounting software
• Multilingual skills are an advantage
