Cashier

Noorka Logistics is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to join our finance and operations team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a responsible individual who can handle daily financial transactions accurately while supporting smooth business operations in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle cash, debit, and credit transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Issue receipts, invoices, and payment confirmations to clients.
  • Maintain and balance the cash drawer at the start and end of each shift.
  • Record financial transactions in the system with proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with the accounts department for daily cash reconciliation.
  • Assist customers with billing inquiries and payment-related concerns.
  • Ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial and client information.
  • Report any discrepancies or irregularities to management promptly.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in accounting or finance is an advantage.
  • 1–2 years of experience as a Cashier or in a similar financial role.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and cash handling procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and billing software.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle transactions efficiently.
