Job Overview

ZH Cuisine Pvt Ltd (SALT) is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to manage transactions efficiently and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the restaurant, fast food, or food & beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately
• Maintain proper records of daily sales and transactions
• Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers
• Ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the beginning and end of each shift
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth order processing
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter
• Address customer queries in a professional manner
• Report any discrepancies or issues to management immediately

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a cashier in a restaurant, fast food, or F&B industry
• Strong numerical and cash-handling skills
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer knowledge
• Honest, responsible, and punctual

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in busy restaurant environments
• Ability to handle high transaction volumes
• Team player with a positive attitude

Working Conditions
