Cashier and Kitchen Staff

LINE COOK AND CASHIER

Our company is looking for a staff with basic knowledge in Food & Beverage. We are looking for the following staff with a minimum at least one-year of experience. Who can manage the daily preparation of the food items for a station or a specific area in a kitchen, cooking and preparing all food orders in an efficient, healthful, and attractive manner.

  • Cashier

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ingredients then cook and assemble dishes as indicated by recipes.
  • Ensure quality and freshness of ingredients and products.
  • Perform portion control and minimize waste to keep cost within forecasted range.
  • Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner by restocking ingredients at the workstation and meeting prep times to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Set up and clean the station according to restaurant protocol.
  • Ability to read and follow cooking directions.
  • Maintain a clean work station area, including kitchen equipment, tables, and shelves.
  • Comply with applicable sanitary, health, and personal hygiene standards.
  • Must always monitor inventory and report items that need to be reordered.
  • Responsible for receiving incoming food orders and rotating stock.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience cooking in a restaurant and fast-food chains.
  • With experience in cooking burgers, pasta, and sandwiches.
  • Ability to read and follow cooking directions.
  • Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
  • Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Immediate joiner
