Waiters

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests. The ideal candidate will be attentive, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menus, explain dishes, and provide recommendations when required
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
• Serve food and drinks promptly and according to service standards
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns
• Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service
• Process bills and handle payments accurately
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times
• Assist in opening and closing duties

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in a restaurant in the UAE
• Experience with POS systems
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Multilingual skills are an advantage (Arabic)
• Good upselling and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Willing to work in Al Ain
