Job Title: Cashier cum Accountant
Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra
Experience: 1-3 years
Key Responsibilities:
Cash Handling:
- Conduct cash transactions with customers and issue receipts.
- Endorse all checks immediately upon receipt.
- Enter transactions in the ERP system and manual cash register.
- Maintain timely communication with Service & Sales Managers.
- Share daily cash book closing and denomination photos on the official WhatsApp group.
- Update daily cash balance and ERP vouchers against bank statements.

Deposit Management:
- Retrieve and count daily cash receipts.
- Prepare and securely store deposits before banking.
- Deposit cash at designated bank branches (IDBI / KMB / HDFC).
- Submit same-day bank deposit information via WhatsApp.
- Maintain validated deposit slips for record-keeping.

Reconciliation & Reporting:
- Verify deposits against receipts and bank slips.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of cash transactions.

Requirements:
- Graduate in Commerce or related field preferred.
- Experience in cash handling and accounting (ERP knowledge preferred).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work responsibly with confidential financial information.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
