Job Overview
The Cashier cum Accounts is responsible for handling daily cash transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting accounting activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Cashier Duties
- Receive and process cash, card, cheque, and online payments accurately
- Issue receipts, invoices, and official documentation to customers
- Balance cash drawers and prepare daily cash reports
- Handle petty cash and ensure proper documentation
- Coordinate with banks for deposits and collections
Accounts Duties
- Record daily transactions in accounting systems (e.g., Tally, ERP, QuickBooks)
- Prepare sales invoices, delivery notes, and credit notes
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable tracking
- Reconcile cash, bank statements, and customer accounts
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Assist in VAT documentation and compliance (if applicable in UAE)
Administrative & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company financial controls and policies
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and management teams
- Handle customer billing queries professionally
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in cashiering and basic accounting
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred
- Experience in retail, showroom, automotive, or trading companies
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
- Immediate availability or short notice period

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
