Cashier (FEMALE)

Dr. Zarqa’s Clinic is looking for a professional, well-groomed, and responsible Cashier for our DHA Phase 4 Branch.

We are a premium dermatology and aesthetic clinic, so the ideal candidate must be confident in handling payments, client coordination, computer work, and front-desk support with a polite and professional attitude.

Job Responsibilities

The cashier will be responsible for:

• Greeting clients warmly and professionally at the front desk
• Handling cash, card, and online payments accurately
• Preparing and managing invoices/receipts through the clinic system
• Maintaining daily cash closing and payment records
• Coordinating with reception and clinic staff for client billing
• Ensuring accurate entry of client details and procedure charges
• Managing payment-related queries politely and confidently
• Keeping the cashier counter organized, clean, and presentable
• Maintaining confidentiality of client and payment information
• Supporting the front desk team during busy clinic hours

Required Skills

The ideal candidate should have:

• Good computer knowledge
• Experience with billing software, POS, or clinic management systems
• Strong cash handling and calculation skills
• Professional client greeting and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure during busy hours
• Good attention to detail
• Honest, punctual, and responsible attitude
• Presentable personality and professional behavior
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is a plus
• Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, salon, aesthetic center, or retail cashier role will be preferred
