Cashier - Manufacturing

The Cashier is responsible for handling all cash transactions within the manufacturing facility, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation. The role supports finance operations by managing receipts, payments, and daily cash reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process cash, cheque, and electronic payments from customers, drivers, and internal departments
• Issue receipts, invoices, and payment acknowledgments accurately
• Maintain daily cash register and ensure proper recording of all transactions
• Perform daily cash reconciliation and report discrepancies immediately
• Coordinate with the accounts team for posting transactions into the system (ERP/SAP)
• Handle petty cash and ensure proper documentation and approvals
• Support dispatch and logistics teams in verifying delivery-related payments
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial transactions
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly cash reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Manufacturing or FMCG Industry in UAE: 5 years (Required)
• working as a Cashier or General Accountant: 5 years (Required)
