Cashier/ Waitress

Job Summary:

We are seeking friendly and motivated individuals to join our team as Cashiers and Waitresses. The ideal candidates will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests while efficiently managing transactions and orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Cashier Duties:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases.
• Process sales transactions using cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions securely.
• Issue receipts, refunds, or change as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Assist in managing inventory and restocking as needed.

Waitress Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Be knowledgeable about the menu and able to make recommendations.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
