Cashier/Barista

Sugar & Spice is under new ownership and looking to fill 2 barista positions! We are looking for friendly faces and positive attitudes to join our work family.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

-Guest transactions and interactions, which could include serving ice cream, preparing specialty coffees, and serving baked goods.

-Stocking products to ensure smooth day-to-day operation.

-Accurately handle money transactions.

-Maintaining clean workspaces

-Closing duties include cleaning the espresso machine, display cases, dishes, trash, and floors.

We are looking for some who:

-Has good time-management skills and can remain calm during a busy rush.

-Has good organizational skills and can keep your workspace tidy.

-Is friendly and welcomes customers enthusiastically.

-Is willing to learn and be responsive to feedback.

Requirements:

-Must be dependable and have reliable transportation. This is located in Bigfork.

-Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

-Prior customer service and/or barista experience is a plus, but not required.
