About Us

Game Bazaar is a modern gaming café offering high-end PC gaming, PlayStation consoles, and billiards entertainment. We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused female cashier/customer service representative who understands gaming environments and enjoys working with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle cashier duties including payments, billing, and issuing receipts.
• Assist customers with PC games, PlayStation consoles, and billiards setup.
• Monitor gaming sessions and manage customer time usage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier and gaming areas.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic issues professionally.
• Support daily operations to ensure smooth customer experience.

Requirements

• Female candidates only (as per company preference).
• Basic knowledge of PC gaming, PlayStation, and billiards is required.
• Previous customer service or cashier experience is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and friendly personality.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
