Job Title: Cashier & Sales Associate

About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Cashier & Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, handle transactions accurately, and help drive sales by assisting customers with their shopping needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide a positive shopping experience
• Operate the cash register and process cash, card, and digital payments accurately
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to store policy
• Assist customers with product selection, answer questions, and recommend items
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
• Keep track of inventory and inform management of low stock items
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when needed
• Balance the cash register at the start and end of each shift
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets
• Follow all company policies regarding safety, loss prevention, and store procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail, sales, or cashier work preferred (not always required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills and comfort handling money and POS systems
• Punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent

Schedule

• Full-time

Pay: AED834.09 - AED1,500.00 per month
