Cashier/Saleslady

Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Cashier & Sales Lady to join our auto garage team. The role involves handling customer transactions, maintaining accurate cash records, assisting customers with service inquiries, and promoting garage services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately.
• Issue receipts, invoices, and maintain daily cash reports.
• Assist customers with inquiries about services, spare parts, and promotions.
• Promote garage services such as oil changes, maintenance packages, and repairs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier/ reception desk.
• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians for smooth workflow.
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments when required.
• Maintain product knowledge (oils, filters, batteries, tires, etc.) to support sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
• Requirements
• Previous experience as a cashier, sales associate, or customer service role (automotive industry preferred).
• Basic knowledge of car services and spare parts is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transactions.
• Positive attitude, presentable, and customer-oriented.
