Duties

• Prepare and serve a diverse selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing exceptional customer service from order taking to beverage delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of casino promotions, menu offerings, and gaming activities to enhance guest interactions.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption to promote safety.
• Keep bar area clean, organized, and stocked with supplies, adhering to food safety and food handling standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end.
• Collaborate with casino staff to support special events like nightclub nights or banquet functions, providing seamless beverage service in various settings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles such as restaurant experience, fine dining, catering, or retail math proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; prior cashiering or cash handling experience is preferred.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy shifts.
• Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and food handling procedures to ensure compliance and guest safety.
• Experience working in nightclubs or banquet settings is a plus; retail math skills are beneficial for cash transactions.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
