CATALOGUE MANAGEMENT MANAGER

Role Summary

The Catalogue Management Manager is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of the CityDrinks product portfolio. This role ensures that the product range is commercially viable, fully compliant with UAE regulations, and optimized for turnover through strategic inventory management, clearance initiatives, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee and curate the entire CityDrinks product portfolio, aligning with market trends and customer demand.

· Monitor product performance to identify high-performing items and slow-moving stock.
· Develop and implement liquidation strategies for slow-moving inventory, including discount pricing and promotional plans.

· Collaborate with Marketing and Warehouse teams to plan and execute clearance sales and campaigns.

· Manage all product registration processes with the Quality and Conformity Council (QCC) to ensure full legal compliance in the UAE.

· Act as the final authority for product onboarding and offboarding within the central database, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Requirements

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.

· Experience: 3–7+ years in catalogue management, e-commerce, or product data management (FMCG / retail experience preferred).

· Skills:

o Strong analytical and data management skills

o Proficiency with ERP or PIM systems

o Advanced Excel and reporting abilities

o Excellent coordination and communication skills

o Knowledge of UAE legal requirements for product registration

Preferred Skills

· Leadership or team management experience

· Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and product SEO

· Process improvement and catalogue optimization experience

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
