Category Analyst – Men’s Wear Brand

About Us

We are a fast-growing men’s wear brand in Pakistan with nationwide expansion underway. To fuel this growth, we are looking for a Category Analyst who will play a key role in data-driven decision-making, category optimization, and enhancing supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze sales, inventory, and operational data to generate clear reports.
• Review historical trends to forecast future demand and product performance.
• Conduct product feasibility studies and support leadership with strategic insights.
• Manage product categorization and segmentation for retail outlets.
• Monitor sales and stock levels, ensuring efficient product flow and availability.
• Oversee outlet operations including inventory control, merchandising, and product display.
• Identify fast- and slow-moving items and recommend actionable improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management.
• 4–5 years of experience in supply chain planning, replenishment, or retail category management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent coordination, planning, and communication abilities.
